Shipping charges are calculated based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater. All fees must be paid in full prior to release or delivery of goods. Shipping timelines are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
The Company does not accept prohibited or restricted items including, but not limited to, hazardous materials, firearms, explosives, perishable goods, illegal substances, currency, and fragile items unless declared and approved in advance. The sender assumes full responsibility for undeclared restricted goods.
